Dan Bootzin

This is the website of Dan Bootzin, freelance film and digital editor and director.  Dan is the former Senior Editor from Venice Beach Editorial, the in-house post production company at TBWA/Chiat/Day, Los Angeles.  20+ years of experience editing national brand commercial campaigns, with clients including Nissan, Visa, Infiniti, Pepsi, Sony Playstation, Energizer, and more.  Dan won an Emmy for his work on "Think Different", the iconic spot for Apple Computer. He has edited numerous long format projects, digital content, documentaries, short films, and an independent feature.

Dan has done work for Jack in the Box at David & Goliath, Porsche and Acura for Radical Media, and countless projects for TBWA/Chiat/NY and many other agencies. He is currently on the roster at Stitch Editorial in Santa Monica, CA, or available through his company Los Feliz Films.

Dan has directed short films (including the award-winning "Six Point Nine") and an independent feature film ("Apartment 12") starring Mark Ruffalo.  Dan is also currently directing and editing several documentary projects through Los Feliz Films (losfelizfilms.com)
